Pana Roma Pizza & Pasta

We love Panaroma. Intimate location at the end of a strip center. Very cozy atmosphere and great for family dinning, too. Very good Italian food. Some of the best around. I recommend getting the garlic bread instead of the "house" bread stick thingy. Too thick and chewy for me. I highly recommend you try these folks. Very friendly, fine food and hospitible service.

In the beginning the service was ok.besides 90% of the employees were sitting around chatting and playing on there phones..then I ordered my food.In the beginning I ordered a Calzone with shimp. When it came out it was bread and cheese and maybe 5 shrimp. So after waiting for someone to recognize that I needed assistance, I ordered a shimp alfredo.. They brung me a lemonade that had a bug in it..Then I waited over 40 mins for my food ..and when I got it ...wasn't impressed...by that time I had to leave...Over all it was the worst experience of my life. NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN..

The new owners are doing an outstanding job making this the go-to Italian restaurant at a reasonable price. Pizza is hand tossed. Calzones are awesome. Garlic knots are raved about by people from all over the panhandle. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of off street parking. If you want some great tasting food, go try Pana Roma.

The best Italian food in Panama City! Excellent service on top of the great food. The cheesecake bread pudding is delicious. We have gotten take-out 3 times this week because we love the food. And they have a drive up pick up window.

This place is a hidden jewel. Although small and in a not-so-attractive strip mall location, it is, none-the-less, some of the best Italian food you'll find in Northwest Florida. Clean and with a friendly staff, better get there early for dinner since seating is first come and the place really packs out. Great for lunch too. Some of our favorites are the Chicken piccata and pizza, although everything is good. Be sure to try specials when they're available. I had one today that was incredible involving an assortment of seafood in a wonderful sauce on a bed of risotto. You will not be sorry you tried this place and it's easy on the wallet.

Food is good but service isn't up to par.If your tea glass is running low don't count on a refill or even a look your way to politely ask if you'd like a refill.

Best Italian food ever

Delicious Italian food. Very nice decor. Large New York style pizzas, calzones and great selection of Italian dishes and desserts. It's a smaller dining room but very nicely done. Clean and new looking. Friendly wait staff.

After a grueling 9 hour drive I could have eaten shoe leather, but pana roma exceeded my wildest expectations. The small restaurants food was bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks and pizza were like that of a cartoon, the cheese just kept on stretching. The calzone was massive and delicious! Definitely worth the drive

Everything was great. We frequent PanaRoma often. Never had a bad meal there in over 20 years.

This was by far the best cheese pizza I've ever had so far. Great job goes towards the cons and the waiting staff. Will definitely be coming back.

This place is totally awesome! I had the best strombolli there! Going back today. You definitely have to try it.

Only thing worse than the pizza was the spaghetti. People seem to like it though. Not me. Too expensive. Funny taste. And the owner running around screaming at employees is his Italian accent was nothing but irritating while I'm trying to eat. That was before the storm. Might try it one more time to give it a fair chance.

I just love this place . Hands down best I have eaten in Panama City. Most of the time I have It delivered through door dash. My food always arrives fresh and good. The times I have eaten inside were also a great experience . The staff is so courteous and attentive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Grew up eating this through High School. Still love it everything I come home on Leave. Best pizza in town.

Decent Italian food. Chicken parmigiana is good. Pizza is great, wonderful crust. Love the bruschetta. Stick with the lunch specials because the dinner plates can be pricey. Service is always friendly.

The wait time was a bit longer than we anticipated, but the food more than made up for it. My husband had pasta with Alfredo sauce and so much bacon it was shocking, but so delicious. I had a spinach calzone which was delicious and served piping hot. It was a small and cozy atmosphere with very nice and apologetic servers. They had call in orders every couple of minutes and they still were at our table making sure we were ok. The tiramisu for dessert was worth every bite.

Family favorite Italian restaurant hands down. The spaghetti & meatballs dinner is large enough for 2 to share with anti pasta salad shared. A great meal for date night and easy on the pocket book.Update - dined last night. My mate wanted pizza. I opted for something different and ordered the Veal Marsala. It was very packed and busy. Our order took a little while. Our food was well worth the wait . Mine a huge steaming dish. The sauce perfect, the veal tender. The pizza was equally impressive. A whole bunch to take home. I love this place!!!

My Girl loves the stuffed spinach and broccoli pizza. So that's what i order for her for special occasions. She loves it every time. Now i like it too.

Very small pizza place in a strip mall behind Chick-fi-la. The food was fantastic. The pizza will melt in your mouth and so will the garlic knots. The spaghetti and meatballs were okay. The staff was friendly and did a good job to seat us a quickly as possible. We waited about 20 minutes and it was worth every bite. We will definitely be back again next year for some more yummy pizza!!

Get the garlic knots, I promise you won't be disappointed. Pizza was excellent. Crust has the perfect amount of crunch and the homemade sauce was so flavorful.EDIT: As of 2/7/19, they're back open after Hurricane Michael!!!

Small house salad and one slice of stromboli filled me and my husband. It was delicious. Service was excellent.

Wonderful service, attentive but not overbearing. Great food in a cozy atmosphere. The only better lazagnia in town comes out of my oven.

If you want Italian, there is no need to hesitate. I woke up from a nap craving Italian and convinced my husband to make the short journey from our hotel. We weren't sure what to order. We settled on fettuccine carbonara with shrimp. It came with side salad (amazing homemade Italian vinaigrette and super fresh veggies) and a breadstick. We also ordered the garlic knots. Do yourself a favor - get two orders lol. There were four, but we could've eaten even more. So buttery, yummy marinara too. The pasta was good. Very good. Shrimp weren't overcooked though not particularly seasoned. The carbonara was very bacon-y. All this plus a glass of wine and slice of cheese pizza (just ok but maybe better if we ordered a whole pie) was under $40!Don't think twice. Just come to this strip mall and eat well.

Best local Italian food! Food is consistantly delicious and not overpriced. If you can't eat in get it to go. Definately worth a try!

Pizza is good, small and expensive. Really only complaint is size vrs price. 12 inch 15.00! Like taste of pizza but price does not compete with other places.

My food was good. They were out of nearly half the menue which was weires but they had what I wanted.
